Trace has performed many different intricate jobs in a rather prestigious area of Fort Myers Fl. I’ve worked with many contractors since hurricane Ian and by far Mr. Goins has been a huge help in organizing the completion of many ongoing projects. They showed up on time, and completed the job on time. They were very good about working around our schedule witch included stopping work in the middle of the day, so we could use the room, and coming back at 5:00pm and worked until 9:30 that night. They did a final walkthrough and made everything Great.

Jonathan and his team did a great job. The layout aand work completed were very competitive. We weren’t really sure what we wanted to do with our backyard and Johnathan came in, did the work and the yard looks great. We can hang out in our backyard again!

Trace displayed complete professionalism from my first telephone interaction through the completion of the requested project, the messy removal of popcorn ceiling followed by drywall repair, skimcoat and repaint. He is a great communicator who is clearly focused on quality of work and customer service. Trace personally performed incremental inspections of the work in progress and even corrected deficiencies I never would have noticed. He is a pleasure to do business with and I can heartily recommend him.
I would recommend T.R. Goins for your construction needs. His pricing was fair and he was very good about keeping us updated if the pricing was going to change, sometimes it was in his favor and sometimes it was in ours! Pricing estimates were very clear and easy to understand. They were hard working and stayed late when they had to. Trace was available and quick to respond to phone calls and texts which was greatly appreciated.

I am a home inspector and I had damaged a customer’s ceiling while up in their attic. Trace got me in right away and took care of the repair, my customer was extremely satisfied. Before finding Trace, I had 3 other people bail on me for this job at the last minute or simply not show up, which made me look bad to my customer, but they were so happy with Trace’s work that it made up for the delay caused by the other people. I will most certainly use Trace for all future work that I need and recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

Our project involved closing up a framed opening in one wall and making framed opening in another wall, plus demolition of some mirrors and patching various areas of drywall in a remodel of a condo on the river in downtown Fort Myers. Throughout the entire project Trace : was a true professional at all times – provided excellent communications – delivered quality workmanship while also making productive use of time on the project – performed when he stated he would – followed up promptly to our calls and/or texts – and he made sure work was completed as promised. Having been in high quality construction for over 40 years, I am not easily impressed. I am proud to give Trace the highest recommendation possible!
